Digitone and Logic Low Volume Questions

Hi guys relatively new to DN. I brought it for a jam at my buddies place and we hooked it up to logic which was fine.
When we started to record that’s where the problems came in and we couldn’t figure it out…
After recording a little the volume on the DN went to almost nothing we could barely hear it? is this a Logic issue or a DN issue? if so have any other users experienced this?
Is there something are we doing wrong, is there a wrong setting? we record guitars, bass, keyboards and acoustic fine but the DN is really a head scratcher… any help is greatly appreciated!

Don’t know about logic specific, but it’s a common question for owners when using Overbridge to record the DN/DT parts. The analog outs thru a usb mixer and/or interface should be at line level and without problems. OB recording levels are set to have enough headroom for a track with max voices, track and master boost all the way up and huge resonance peaks. In reality most users don’t end up which so much gain and so the OB recordings will end up in very low volume. For monitoring thru the daw i crank up the input for those channels in the daw. Depending on the daw you might need a gain plugin or a channelstrip plugin with a input gain knob to boost. Otherwise just normalise the stems after recording.
