Cool!
Yeah cool! This looks like it could be really useful and your blog has some great stuff there too.
How are you implementing all that functionality - NRPN control?
I have Lemur on iPad and I’ve only had it a few days so I really need to look into it when I have time but implementing NRPN seems more complex (pain in the neck actually) than a midi CC template?
In fact I made a midi CC template in a couple of hours (just a bunch of pretty coloured dials) because I thought an alternative visual reference might help me create or tweak new sounds faster and give me a better understanding of the flow of synthesis on my (also quite new) A4.
Anyway - I found it doesn’t really help (me) so much because of the midi CC limitations on th A4 but still it can be fun having an alternative interface to control even only the performance values.
Maybe it seems crazy using a touchscreen device when you have all these lovely knobs and buttons everywhere but hey…is anyone else using iPad as a controller for the A4?
yeah might look crazy using that instead of knobs, and honestly i just wanted to try it out.
the analog four is already supereasy to use and program without an editor.
i have to admit i saw a dsi tetr4 touchosc template and thought “wow thats cool i gonna make one for the analogfour” hehe
Hi all, just because i got a request on my blog:
as soon as i found aout about overbridge i stopped developing this interface.
I will upload what i got so far on my blog over the next few days (if i can find it )
cheers and merry xmas
